Your use of our Services and Site is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

  • Current, former, and prospective Creators, Clippers, and Affiliates;
  • Participants in our promotions, surveys, events, or programs;

  • Individuals engaging with us via support, social login, or integrations.

Not in scope: Job applicants, employees, or contractors (covered by separate policies).

  • Account & Registration: name, username, email, password (hashed), or social login IDs (Google, Discord); profile info and preferences.
  • Campaigns & Clips: campaign titles, descriptions, budgets, statuses; clip links (TikTok/YouTube), views/performance, associations between Creators/Clippers.
  • Payments & Payouts: payment data via Stripe, payouts via Kiip.app, Apify verification data; payout amounts, billing information, transaction records.
  • Communications: support requests, messages, preferences, chat logs, responses.

B. From third parties

  • Social logins & integrations (Google, Discord).
  • Payment processors (Stripe, Kiip.app).
  • Verification tools (Apify).
  • Analytics/advertising networks (Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel).

C. Automatically collected

  • Device & Browsing data: IP address, device IDs, browser/OS, referrer, timestamps, pages visited.
  • Usage & Activity: clicks, searches, features used, errors, logs.
  • Tracking technologies: cookies, SDKs, pixels (TikTok, Meta, Google); Umami Analytics (self-hosted, privacy-friendly).

3. Purposes of Collection and Use (Legal Bases)

We process personal information for:

  • Contract performance: account creation, clip submissions, campaigns, payouts, support.
  • Legal compliance: tax, bookkeeping, regulatory obligations.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, platform optimization, analytics, research.
  • Consent: marketing communications, conversion tracking (Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel).

4. Disclosure of Information

  • Vendors & Service Providers: Stripe, Kiip.app, Apify, Novu, Supabase, Railway, AWS, Cloudflare, Google, Umami, Calendly, Discord, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel.
  • Other Users: campaign/clip visibility, profile info, comments.
  • Regulators & Authorities: when legally required.

We may process anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, research, and product improvement.

  • Logs: 30–90 days (longer if required for security).
  • Analytics: GA retention settings (14–26 months); Umami anonymized immediately.
